Process - a tool to manage distracting and criminal thoughts, and obviously behaviors. Processing takes the fantasy to its most probable and logical outcome, deterring further offending.

Having sexual thoughts is normal and part of the human experience, regardless of your age. This worksheet requires you to think about your sexual thoughts. Some sexual thoughts are healthy and appropriate, some are unhealthy, and some are criminal.


Processing is acknowledging to yourself and discussing with another person your unhealthy/irresponsible and criminal sexual thinking. You addressed the impact these thoughts have on your wellbeing, and if acted on the impact these thoughts would have on others. Processing makes you conscious of the reality-based results if you continue to engage in unhealthy/irresponsible and criminal sexual thinking.


The process addresses how others (your family and friends, the target, the target’s family, and your community) would be affected and would respond if they knew what you were thinking.


The purpose of the process is to help you gain control over your sexual thinking, not to eliminate your sexual thinking.


Sexualizing detracts me from taking care of my life goals, real nurturing real relationships (Therapy, marriage, family, community).

If I don’t process, my support would leave me. Processing makes me healthy for my family and community.
